Vedant Mahajan, the dynamic 26-year-old entrepreneur and owner of the acclaimed event management company MVM Entertainment, has taken his entrepreneurial journey to the next level. In an exciting announcement, Vedant revealed his acquisition of a stake in the US-based ticketing platform Flite, which is currently valued at an impressive $14 million.
Sharing the news on social media, Vedant highlighted the synergy between Flite and MVM Entertainment. “One big challenge we faced was finding the right ticketing partner. We tried a bunch of the top players in the U.S., but kept running into issues—late payments, no guest profiling, no dynamic pricing, and zero useful insights. That’s when we found Flite. Their tech completely changed the game, fixing all those issues and giving us insights we didn’t even know we needed,” he said.
Vedant further shared his admiration for Flite’s founders, who are NYU graduates that built the platform from their dorm rooms with no external funding. “Their vision blew me away, and I knew I had to get involved,” he added.
