The Best Fluffy Gluten Free Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients: 1 Cup Mightylicious All-Purpose GF flour, 1 Tbsp Baking Powder, 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup, 2 Tbsp Melted butter or oil, 1 Egg (or ¼ cup preferred yogurt), 1 tsp Vanilla, ¼ tsp salt, ¾ cup milk
Directions: Melt butter; In large bowl whisk together the wet ingredients: Maple syrup, butter, milk, egg, vanilla extract, and salt until combined. To the liquid mixture add MIGHTYLICIOUS GF flour and baking powder. Stir until smooth. Heat greased griddle over medium heat. Scoop pancake batter on the hot griddle to desired size. Pancakes are ready to flip when they bubble. Top with your favorite topping
