Crack Academy hosted an inspiring awards ceremony at Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Jawalamukhi, on 30 November 2024, recognizing the exceptional performance of students from the Jawalamukhi constituency, Hamirpur, and Bilaspur, who emerged as top performers in the scholarship test, held under its CSR initiative “Mere Sheher ke 100 Ratan”. The academy offered scholarships and free courses collectively valued at ₹1.25 crore (₹50,000 per student) to 250 students, reaffirming its commitment to empowering young minds through education. Shri Sanjay Rattan, MLA of Jawalamukhi, graced the event as the Chief Guest, alongside school principals and other dignitaries.

The scholarship program saw remarkable participation, with over 10,800 students from 59+ schools and colleges across the three constituencies taking part. The venue was abuzz with excitement and pride as students, their parents, and educators gathered to witness this remarkable celebration of talent.

Neeraj Kansal, CEO and Founder of Crack Academy, said, “At Crack Academy, our CSR initiative is committed to nurturing and empowering the academic potential of deserving young minds. We are honored to offer these scholarships and celebrate the potential of students across Jawalamukhi, Hamirpur, and Bilaspur. Through our initiative, we aim to nurture their aspirations and ensure they have access to the resources needed to compete at a national level.”

He further praised the students’ achievements, particularly the exceptional performance of younger students, and emphasized the importance of parental support. He reinforced his commitment to education by gifting two computers and two printers to the school and announced permissions to conduct state and national-level tests across Himachal Pradesh and India, furthering Crack Academy’s mission to transform educational opportunities in the region.

Shri Sanjay Rattan, MLA of Jawalamukhi,  spoke passionately about ongoing development in schools within the region, reaffirming his commitment to providing necessary facilities for better education. He praised Crack Academy’s initiative, stating, “Such efforts bridge the gap in access to quality education and open new doors of opportunity for students in rural areas. The event showcased how collaboration among educational institutions and organizations can create transformative opportunities for grassroots education.”

In addition, he announced a ₹25,000 donation to schools and promised additional financial assistance to improve infrastructure and opportunities for students.

Principals from various schools also expressed their gratitude for the initiative. Panita Sood, Principal, Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Jawalamukhi, said, “We are truly grateful to Crack Academy for giving our students this amazing opportunity. Such scholarships not only recognize their talent but also motivate them to dream bigger and work harder for their goals.” Principals were also honored by Crack Academy during the ceremony for their relentless dedication to nurturing young talent and supporting students’ academic growth.

Among the scholarship recipients, students like Sujal Rana, Anshita Thakur, and Sejal expressed their happiness and gratitude for the opportunities provided. Sujal shared, “This scholarship is a big step forward for my education and dreams. I’m incredibly grateful to Crack Academy for believing in me and giving me the chance to pursue my dreams.”

The event concluded with a renewed sense of hope and aspiration as Crack Academy’s CSR initiative, Mere Sheher ke 100 Ratan, continues to empower students and foster equitable educational opportunities across tier-3 and tier-4 cities.
