Paras Healthcare is pleased to announce the return of Paras Health Run 2.0, Gurugram’s premier health event, taking place on November 17, 2024, at Leisure Valley Park, Sector 29. This year’s event promises to be larger and more impactful, with over 40,000 registrations and fitness icon, Milind Soman leading the run. As part of Paras Healthcare’s mission to inspire wellness, promote active lifestyles, and foster community engagement, the Paras Health Run has become a hallmark event in the region’s fitness calendar.

The Paras Health Run 2.0 is an inclusive initiative designed to encourage individuals of all fitness levels to embrace a healthier way of living. With free registration for all participants, the event aims to make wellness accessible to everyone, reinforcing Paras Healthcare’s commitment to promoting health across Gurugram and beyond.

The race will take place from 5:30 to 6:30 AM, with the reporting time set between 4:45 and 5:15 AM. Following the race, participants can enjoy refreshments and entertainment from 7:00 to 8:15 AM, with the awards ceremony beginning at 8:15 AM onwards. The event will also be live-streamed, allowing viewers to tune in and experience the excitement from anywhere.

Beyond the race itself, Paras Health Run 2.0 offers an opportunity for participants to win exciting cash prizes in both the 5km and 10km categories. The event is more than just a race; it’s a celebration of resilience, unity, and community wellness.
