“Henry Stoever has brought a new passion for expanding partnerships, developing and executing strategic and tactical communications plans, and raising funds to the HBCU CDM team. He has a strong propensity towards strategic action,” said Tariq Shane, the Founder and Board Chair of the HBCU CDM.

Since its founding in 2004, the HBCU CDM has prepared over 5,000 students for the workforce, offering invaluable leadership training, networking opportunities, and professional development. Stoever will play a critical role in expanding the organization’s reach and securing the resources necessary to continue providing this experience free of charge.

“As a strategic, outcomes-focused leader, I believe the key to success lies in empowering individuals to leverage their strengths while providing the practical direction needed to achieve a collective vision,” says Stoever. “At HBCU CDM, their mission is to cultivate opportunities and bridge pathways for HBCU students, allowing them to thrive in an ever-evolving job market.”
