Every life needs the magic of nature. The human body is said to heal in the presence of nature. In the 21st century, the human race has made a lot of progress, and this has pushed us away from nature. The DMG Group has awareness of the issue faced by the society due to scarcity of nature around us which results in pollution. This has helped us take the initiative to conduct a plantation drive on this World Environment Day.
The DMG Group appreciates what nature provides for society. This compelled us to come up with the initiative of a plantation drive that was held on Environment Day, 5th June, 2024.
The initiative of the Plantation Drive was open to all; this saw a high level of participation from the students, employees, and their families. The event took place at a nearby garden handled by the AMC. The initiative was supported by the AMC. The participants were free to bring plants and seeds. The participants were highly involved in the drive. A total of 100 plants were planted.
The founder of the DMG Group, Mr. Nikul Patel, said,We are proud to say that the plantation drive has proved to be successful. We feel ecstatic with the response we have received from everyone. We have successfully smashed our target of planting 70 plants by planting 100 plants. This number shows how humans care for nature and how a small step towards nature can help humans live a healthy life. Mr. Nikul Patel added,” We promote sustainability, and we will preach to our students and employees about sustainability and ask them to promote it to everyone they know. This will help in the betterment of society.
Further, we talked with MD, Director of the DMG Group, Mittal Patel; she added,Today the results of our plantation drive have proved how a small attitude towards nature can help us live a healthy life. We have successfully achieved our target by planting 100 plants. We are proud to announce that the drive was supported by the AMC. We will keep performing the good deed and work towards the betterment of nature, which would result in a better society.
The DMG Group is proud of the success of the plantation drive; we pledge to promote sustainability and preach to everyone about the same.
