C-Care’s nuclear medicine staff will receive training from HCG experts to enhance their skills and knowledge, supporting the professional development of the Mauritian teams and improving patient care. Nuclear medicine is a medical specialty that uses the properties of radioactivity for medical purposes.
C-Care patients can be referred to HCG for PET scans, including both conventional and digital PET scans, at preferential rates. The agreement also guarantees patient follow-up and continuity of care. Mauritians requiring advanced cancer treatments that are not available locally will be referred to HCG hospitals in India, ensuring access to comprehensive care options.
