The turkey drive will kick off at 10 a.m on Monday, November 20, at the Wilshire Police Station, located at 4861 Venice Blvd, Los Angeles, CA. Lifedriven Foundation and its partners are prepared to distribute 2000 turkeys and brown bags filled with all your Thanksgiving side
dishes.
Team Watson and Lifedriven have long been supporters of Cedars-Sinai Guerin Childrens Hospital. Together, they are helping children with cancer reclaim their childhood by creating a little moment of happiness that will last a lifetime. Lifedriven founder Chris Word works closely with Joanne Ordono, a child life specialist for Cedars Sinai Guerin Childrens Hospital, to find patients who could benefit from the organizations fundraising efforts. To put a smile on the face of a child going through cancer is extremely rewarding, says Chris Word.
We invite everyone to join us in this act of giving, to rekindle the spirit of gratitude and community this Thanksgiving. Let’s come together to ensure that everyone, irrespective of their circumstances, has a warm, hearty meal to look forward to this holiday season.
