Variety The Children’s Charity will be presenting “SHiNE,” an event to benefit the camp programs of FAR Therapeutic Arts & Recreation and Variety 4-H Horseback Riding. “These camps provide a very beneficial environment for children with special needs to feel included and stay active,” says Chuck Rizzo. “We are very excited to be able to actively work with Variety. To play even a small part in helping with these amazing programs makes our entire family happy. These camps offer an invaluable service to children, and we fully support their efforts.”
The Rizzo family’s sponsorship is made alongside names like Huntington Bank, Hour Media & Emily and Henry Ford lll. “For all children, it is so important to have even a modicum of freedom & independence and just the sheer joy of childhood. This is why it is imperative to us to make sure that programs like this are supported,” added Rizzo.

About Rizzo
Charles P. Rizzo didn’t start out to be an innovator for an often-overlooked industry, but as he set out on his path, innovation came naturally. As he began to develop his plans and set goals for a waste management company that would become an industry leader, he came to understand that the old way of conducting business was no longer enough for a firm providing consumer services in a technologically advanced era.
