The Globe and Mail SmartWealth Investing™ Thought Leadership Series was executed in partnership with Stenner Wealth Partners+ of CG Wealth Management Canada.
The Globe and Mail has published its SmartWealth Investing™ Thought Leadership series in partnership with Stenner Wealth Partners+ at CG Wealth Management Canada, a top-performing firm led by Senior Portfolio Manager & Senior Wealth Advisor, Thane Stenner.
The series takes a thought leadership approach to imparting wealth management wisdom, advice, and industry highlights. The three-part series addresses hard-hitting questions and objections that ultra-high-net-worth clients bring to their wealth management experiences. The content includes outgrowing a wealth advisor, compatibility with a wealth advisor, and the state of the wealth advisor’s practice.
“It’s important that, when we speak on wealth management, we speak to our clients, not just our colleagues,” said Mr. Stenner of the series. “We manage very large portfolios of significant wealth, and to do that well, communication and dedication to a working service model are key. Putting together this series was about helping our clients understand that the right advisor for them today may look different than it does in another market or as their portfolio matures.”
At the heart of the series is client communication and setting important expectations between client and advisor. Mr. Stenner covers the pros and cons of referrals and the importance of every ultra-net-worth client understanding what they need in an advisor and whether their advisor of choice truly meets their needs.
As an established news publication serving Canada since 1844, The Globe and Mail has been a contributor to the media landscape in meaningful ways. Mr. Stenner was acknowledged by the publication as one of its Top Advisors in 2022.
