TUSCANY, July 13, 2023 /Vwire/ Who wants to treat themselves to an intense and fun experience in the heart of Tuscany, enjoying a beautiful historic residence nestled in an oasis of peace?

The next 5-day portrait photography, meditation and Qi Gong retreat in Tuscany will take place from October 11 to 15, 2023.

The Portrait Photography Retreats take place in the unique setting of the Fattoria Di Camporomano, set on a 40-hectare hillside planted with olive trees that includes a botanical trail through forest and olive groves, plus spectacular views of the surroundings.

The retreat is intended for photography enthusiasts of all levels who are willing to embark on an immersive experience of self-discovery and personal growth.

At heart, it’s designed to bring a deeper awareness to the way we photograph (and approach other activities in life). It’s a nourishing and playful retreat crafted to support participants to cultivate new skills, find inspiration and improve interpersonal abilities.

There are exercises on perception, interaction and creativity to be performed individually, in pairs or in a group, with or without the camera. We start each day with a Qi Gong movement and also have daily meditation. Incidentally, we laugh… a lot!

The retreat is run by Italian portrait photographer Enzo Dal Verme, whose work has been featured in Vanity Fair, l’Uomo Vogue, The Times and other leading international magazines. He is a long-time meditator with over 15 years of experience facilitating groups.

Joining him is Bibi Brown who has practiced T’ai Chi and Qi Gong for over 40 years and regularly teaches Qi Gong groups in London. She is the author of the book Qi Gong: The Chinese art of working with energy.

At the Fattoria Di Camporomano, hospitality is offered in renovated old cottages, each different from the others. Plants and flowers surround the swimming pool to enhance moments of relaxation.

Traditional Tuscan recipes are prepared daily by the farm’s cooks using hearty ingredients (some of them picked directly from the vegetable garden). Meals are deliciously vegan, so the pleasure of good food is celebrated every day with tasty and mouthwatering dishes that are also healthy, minimize our impact on the planet and don’t harm the animals.

During the Portrait Photography Retreat, participants will learn how to compose their images quickly and intuitively, enhance interpersonal interaction skills, increase their capacity to remain focused and will, of course, connect with like-minded creative souls.
