She assists clients with needs associated with hiring, procedure manuals, marketing, special events, and office relocation. She established Allora in 2019 with business partner, Ashleigh Metherell. The founders share an appreciation of systems, policies, and clear, consistent communication and use their shared focus to position clients for greater growth and profitability. Their respected outsourcing solutions company continues to expand at record pace as a result of successful client outcomes and referrals, an achievement Ms. Leitner is incredibly proud of.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Leitner served as the chief operations officer for both Apollon Wealth Management, LLC and Northwestern Mutual. She was the director of recruitment and development for Northwestern Mutual and a sales manager and assistant for Patrick Properties Hospitality Group. Prior to these roles, she served as a marketing intern with Midlands Authority for Conventions, Sports & Tourism, a front desk receptionist and administrator for the YMCA, and a receptionist for Presbyterian College.
Before her professional journey, Ms. Leitner earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina, and completed marketing coursework at the University of Technology in Sydney. Australia, and James Cook University in Cairns, Australia. She earned a SHINE (Sales, Hospitality, Industry, Networking, and Education) certification from Meet Charleston.
Active in her community, Ms. Leitner dedicates her time and talent to numerous charitable organizations. These efforts include serving as a member of the Whale of a Sale Committee ofthe Junior League, Inc., a chapter president of Alpha Delta Pi sorority, and a senator for the Society for the Advancement of Management. In addition, she is a member of Presbyterian College Alumni and the Junior League of Charleston. In her free time, she enjoys treasure hunting, selling antiques, visiting the beach, traveling, and spending time with her dogs, family, and friends.
