March 16, 2022 – Calgary, Alberta – The Honourable Daniel Vandal, Minister of Northern Affairs, Minister responsible for Prairies Economic Development Canada and Minister responsible for the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency, will announce significant federal support to enable the growth of some of Calgary’s most innovative and leading-edge firms as they scale up to meet global demand for their cutting-edge products and services.
Joining Minister Vandal will be George Chahal, Member of Parliament for Calgary-Skyview; Brad Parry, President and CEO, Calgary Economic Development; Dr. Terry Rock, President and CEO of Platform Calgary; and representatives of some of Calgary’s fast growing technology companies, including Nanalysis Corp., Canadian UAVs, and Exergy.
