Driving Successful Lives Pitches in to Help Salvation Army During Kettle Bell Fundraise

The organization teamed up with Salvation army to help during the holiday season.

Driving Successful Lives, 501 C3 a nonprofit agency participated and supported the Salvation Army in their annual Kettle Bell Fundraising initiative. Every year the Salvation Army stands outside of approved retail locations to except donations for all of the programs and people that are in need of services.

“It warms our heart to know that we support programs that raise money for organizations that do the most good throughout the entire year” said Director Mark Maupin. Kettle Bell brings in a significant amount of money so that all of the programs are supported and individuals & families can receive support through the various initiatives. Kettle bell is a selfless donation of time by those who participate and stand out in the cold and ring the bell on a volunteer basis. “This is a movement of community coming together and we are happy to be a part of this fundraising program.”

About Driving Successful Lives

Driving Successful Lives’ mission is to facilitate car donations so that veterans, homeless families, children, those with addictions & other non-profits can benefit from fellow citizens giving-forward.

Every time a person gives to the charity of their choice it may also create a tax benefit for them. The money, the items, and the real property that they have donated to non-profit institutions throughout the tax year may be tax deductible which means that they could end up being the difference between a good tax return and a great tax return. Depending upon the kind of donation and the type of charity or foundation that they chose to donate to, the tax deduction it creates could be very helpful for reducing the amount taxes that they owe. Many successful and wealthy people state that at least to a certain degree, a part of whom they are and what they have become comes at least in part from the practice of giving. Contributing to charities can be a very convenient way to reduce taxes.
