JT Legal Group Recovers $500,000 From a Rear End Collision

JT Legal Group, APC, which is a professional law corporation specializing in personal injury actions, recently obtained a $500,000.00 settlement from a rear-end collision that occurred in Alameda, California. 

Our client was a passenger in a vehicle that was at a complete stop at an intersection on Shoreline Drive when it was violently rear-ended by a defendant who was traveling at an unsafe speed. 

Our client was accompanied by two others in the vehicle he was traveling in, including the driver, and they all sustained injuries. Our client’s injuries turned out to be most devastating, however, and required him to undergo surgery and extensive rehabilitative care. 

The defendant’s insurance carrier refused to cooperate and denied the mechanism of our client’s injuries from the inspection of the case and forced him to thoroughly litigate the issue to bring this case to a resolution.
