The Small Business Administration (SBA) recently approved an 8(a) mentor-protégé joint venture (JV) between Precise Software Solutions, Inc. (Precise) and Turning Point Global Solutions, L.L.C. (TurningPoint). Called PrecisePoint Joint Venture LLC (PrecisePoint), the JV provides a mechanism for customers to obtain comprehensive and mature IT professional services through small business set-aside acquisitions.
Precise provides strategic consulting and system modernization services to the federal government. Although Precise’s primary customer has been the Food and Drug Administration for many years, the company has been expanding its footprint with work at other federal and state organizations. Precise has also been doing ground-breaking and award-winning innovation work in the area of drug safety and counterfeit drug detection.
TurningPoint is a systems integrator and technology company that focuses on health IT, cloud migration, and telecommunications and mobility management solutions.
