Montréal, Quebec, November 20, 2021—From sunset until 1 a.m. tonight, the Samuel De Champlain Bridge will be lit up in blue, echoing World Children’s Day.

“Thirty years ago today, Canada inked our commitment to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. Tonight’s special illumination of the Samuel De Champlain Bridge will underscore our collective obligation to provide children across our communities with safe, inclusive, and resilient environments where they can flourish.”
