Michael Killingsworth focuses on commercial and intellectual property litigation at AZA. He has been part of a successful $200 million energy sector jury trial team and successful $19.1 million and $9.4 million healthcare sector jury trial teams. He has been on multiple intellectual property focused trial teams that have successfully recovered more than $50 million for AZAs IP clients. He has also served as lead counsel in reaching favorable settlements related to wrongful termination and breach of contract cases. Mr. Killingsworth earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where he completed the Doctoroff Business Leadership Program from University of Chicago Booth business school.
