The Accident and Emergency Department of the Caritas Medical Centre resumes normal service

The following is issued on behalf of the Hospital Authority:

     The spokesperson of Caritas Medical Centre (CMC) announced the following update :
      
     The Accident and Emergency (A&E) Department of the CMC was affected by a flooding incident this morning (July 18) due to leakage of a pipe in the ceiling. Following emergency repair works, the A&E service has resumed normal operation at 2.30pm.
      
     The hospital apologised again for the inconvenience caused by the incident.
