1888PressRelease – Ori’Zaba’s supports local communities, franchisees and employees.
LAS VEGAS – Sharing is caring. Ori’Zaba’s Scratch Mexican Grill does more than just provide great tasting, fresh food raising people’s spirits and putting a smile on their face. Ori’Zaba is involved in the local communities they serve, giving back and consistently looking for new ways to support their communities.
In Las Vegas, Ori’Zaba has supported the local community through reduced-priced meals, student programs and feeding law enforcement. The team has donated leftover ingredients to homeless shelters and organizations that feed seniors. The ingredients were used to feed those in need, positively affecting the community.
In 2017, tragedy struck Las Vegas. After the mass shooting, the OriZaba’s teams wanted to help their friends, family, neighbors and community. The team served the community through what they do best: amazing meals. They prepared warm dishes made with love and served 400 meals to the FBI through the LVMPO Wives Organization, 500 meals to Valley Hospital through the Crossing Church and 450 meals to police through the American Red Cross.
In the spirit of inclusion, Ori’Zaba’s added Rainbow Nachos, a zesty nacho dish that includes all colors of the rainbow, to the menu in April 2021. The dish will be available until June 30, 2021. For June, they will donate 10 percent of all Rainbow Nachos sales to the LGBTQ+ non-profit The Imperial Royal Sovereign Court of the Desert Empire, Inc. The organization serves Canada, the United States and Mexico. The Las Vegas chapter raises money for local charities, including the Nevada Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, The Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada and Nathan Adelson Hospice.
Ori’Zaba’s also takes great pride in supporting the community within their restaurants − the employees. They provide positive career growth opportunities for all employees to support them on their career paths. The Ori’Zaba’s team wants to ensure that employees are happy and supported as they bring the Ori’Zaba’s experience to life through their dedication to serving flavorful, authentic Mexican food to the community.
