“Our customers are facing challenges they’ve never dealt with before the pandemic, including massive cultural, economic and environmental changes that are affecting every aspect of their businesses,” said Dan Gallery V, president. “Customer focus has been a huge part of our business for the last 40 years, but it’s never been as important as it is today. We need people who understand our customers and Ashley brings that to our team, especially as we continue to expand our product offerings.”

Gallery, the leading innovator in mobile carts, kiosks, and portables for food, beverage, and retail businesses, is expanding its team of experts with the addition of Ashley Brewer joining as national accounts director and innovation specialist.

Brewer brings extensive operations, marketing, and brand growth expertise to Gallery with more than 15 years of experience in the restaurant, beverage and franchise industries. She has in-depth knowledge of brand management, integration and innovation working with companies such Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc., Caribou Coffee, and CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries, Inc.

Over the last year, Gallery has significantly enhanced its manufacturing operation to build its own products and expand its electric vehicle line. During the pandemic, the company designed unique solutions for customers to efficiently provide on-the-go food, beverage, and retail services on large campuses throughout the country, when traditional dining halls and kitchens were closed.

Gallery’s newest innovation, the electric vaccine vehicles (EVVs), are making COVID-19 vaccine distribution easier with micro-distribution sites reaching more people in more locations.
