Colonel Peter Arts, Chief Helicopter Branch, Directorate of Operations, Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF), will be giving insight into “Transformation of The Netherlands Helicopter Force to Accomplish Strategic Goals in an Increasingly Challenging Environment,” covering:
