Games24x7, one of India’s leading gaming companies, organized a virtual ‘Yoga from Home’ session for all its employees to celebrate International Day of Yoga 2020. The one-hour session conducted by a power yoga trainer and yoga aerobics expert brought together employees and their families from Games24x7’s offices across India and the US.
Through the well-rounded routine of aerobics and Indian Yoga, the session aimed to enhance the mental and physical wellbeing of all the participants.

Our belief stems from the fact that employees need to focus on both mental and physical aspects of health be able to navigate tides in this ever-changing world,” said Vikrant Goyal, Director of Human Resources, Games24x7.
“Yoga helps bring in mental resilience. It has been a focus area for us and becomes even more relevant as an exercise form during the unprecedented COVID times to build mental strength and stamina,” Goyal added.
With employees working from home during the extended period of the lockdown, Games24x7 continues to take several initiatives to improve overall employee wellbeing and productivity. Through an Employee Assistance Program, Games4x7 is offering free access to psychological counselling to employees and up to three dependent family members. The company has also partnered with a leading fitness health and fitness company to offer virtual fitness classes to our employees during this period.
