Indian Institute of Finance hosted the 19th IIF Webinar series on “Essence of Life and Growth” by Prof Dr Adkham Bekmuradov, Director, EL-YURT UMIDI (Foundation for Training Specialists Abroad & Building of Capacity of Public Servants under the Agency for the Dev. of Public Service under the President of the Republic of UZBEKISTAN; Acting Rektor (2012-18), Banking Finance Academy; Vice-Rektor (2003-12), Tashkent State University of Economics; Vice-Rektor (2000-03), Univ. of World Economy & Diplomacy & Vice-Minister, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UZBEKSITAN; Editorial Board Member, Finance India (Qtrly Journal of Finance), IIF, INDIA). The Webinar was moderated by Prof. Aman Agarwal, Professor of Finance & Dean (IR) Indian Institute of Finance (www.iif.edu) and Executive Editor, Finance India (www.financeindia.org). Dr. Bekmuradov said that the essence of life is having education and health to use the life efficiently and to assist our society and nation to grow further. Celebrating of life means doing something useful for others to live and grow in their life. Respecting and taking care of our mother and motherlandis Celeration of real Happiness in Life. Doing something useful for my countrymen is the essence and celebration of my life said Dr. Bekmuradov. Technology should always be used in a efficient way. Investing in our self is very important; in coming year knowledge of digital technology would be very useful.
According to him, positivity is very important for one’s success because it gives us motivation and energy to work continuously. Money and power is not important but instead taking care of others is important to live happy life.
Youth should identify their goals and direction of life; they should know how to use modern technical tools and should do the innovative work in their life. Giving Message to Youth, Dr. Bekmuradov said there is need to identify the plan for their life and direction for the next 10-15 years, giving his own personal life example.
According to Dr. Bekmuradov, it would be difficult to recover for us and it may take more than 6 months or a year to come out of this crisis. Government should create better conditions for the people that would be comfortable and happy.
Uzbekistan has a majority of population under 40 years and the future is very bright for our country said Dr. Bekmuradov. Family values are very important for countrymen and there is no gender inequality in Uzbekistan. Women in Uzbekistan enjoy equal rights. Education for me is at a top priority said Dr. Bekmuradov. Uzbekistan Government has setup special commission for corona virus affected people.
