TORONTO – May 17, 2019 — NUVIA Dynamics announces launch of new airborne geophysical survey offerings focusing on advanced innovative technologies and attractive costing model. More news can be found at www.nuvia-dynamics.com.

NUVIA Dynamics is pleased to announce the launch of an innovative geophysical services offering, focusing on Fixed Wing and Helicopter surveying for clients in mineral exploration and environmental sectors. The offering combines advanced technology, specialized knowledge of airborne data acquisition, and attractive costing to deliver a new level in airborne survey resolution, data quality and service.

NUVIA Dynamics was established in 1992 to meet the geophysical instrumentation needs of the exploration and environmental communities and has now delivered airborne geophysical systems to over 150 sites worldwide. With this experience, the company has a well-known in-house knowledge of surveying and the latest geophysical technologies. NUVIA Dynamics is led by Sandip Goswami, CEO, who first envisioned an airborne surveying service focusing on advanced Nu-TEM™ Electromagnetics data acquisition with Integrated Radiometrics and Magnetics.

As noted by Mr. Goswami, “With the current shortage in geophysical operators offering high resolution services to intermediate depths globally, we looked carefully at what value we could bring to the sector. In the end, we determined that there was indeed an opportunity to bring both innovative services and cost benefits to clients simultaneously by leveraging our in-house knowledge of airborne geophysical data acquisition and the latest company technologies. Ultimately, we see the service as something that is unique in the sector — offering enhanced value at a time when the need to acquire very high-resolution data combined with rising survey costs are key industry considerations.”

The focus of the service is the Nu-TEM™ Airborne Electromagnetic system, which is a leading airborne three-component Electromagnetic system featuring high resolution and intermediate depth of investigation. The system delivers up to 380,000 Am using a small, aerodynamic transmitter loop (8.5 m). The receiver interfaces to a data acquisition system designed specifically for high resolution time domain data. With more than a decade of development, NuTEM™ records dynamically in both early and late times. Interpretation of Nu-TEM™ data is a particular specialty at NUVIA Dynamics based on the company’s in-house knowledge of the advanced technology.

The company is configured to enhance its surveys for clients who want to perform Integrated Data Acquisition via combined NuTEM™ Electromagnetic, Radiometric and / or Magnetic surveys and optional geophysical interpretation. In practice, the company delivers data that is very high resolution data because the company’s systems take full advantage of the specified sensitivities of Radiometric and Magnetic sensors as well as that of the innovative NuTEM™ Electromagnetic technology.

NUVIA Dynamics’ survey offering incorporates initial survey design, planning, execution, and data processing with optional interpretative services. Typically, in-house geophysicists start with a review of existing data to determine platform type and initial parameters. Geology is also considered at this stage. A survey design is then established using proprietary software. Following client approval, equipment is mobilized and the survey is launched – either a NuTEM™ standalone or Integrated survey.

NUVIA Dynamics welcomes expressions of interest from companies exploring for precious metals, base metals, graphite or other commodities, and from environmental specialists. Trained crews are available for large or small scale surveys worldwide with advanced technologies, such as the NuTEM™ system, and an attractive costing model.
