Montreal, Canada (webnewswire) May 15, 2019 – Future Electronics, a global leading distributor of electronic components, recently celebrated the 25th anniversary of the opening of the company’s branch in Paris, France.
Future Electronics was founded in Montreal in 1968 by company President Robert Miller. It began its international expansion in 1972, opening its first American office in Boston.
The Paris office first opened its doors in 1994 in a suburb south of the city, with easy access to downtown Paris and the main highways. Today, the office is located in Vélizy-Villacoublay, about 16 kilometers from Versailles. The area is home to aeronautics, transportation, automotive, telecom, medical, and software companies including Thales, Dassault, Oracle, Carmat and Alcatel-Lucent.
“Future France had another record year, both in terms of revenue and results,” said Arach Mari, Regional Sales Director, Paris office. “The creativity and quality of our services, the unique experience offered to our customers, and the talent and commitment of our teams are the group’s strengths, and once again they made the difference.”
Robert Miller, President of Future Electronics, congratulated the French team on their 25-year milestone, and thanked everyone for their contribution to the Paris branch’s success.
