[NEW YORK, 03/14/19] The Manhattan Center, a world-class event space and production facility, offers complete TV and audio production services. The venue currently has four high-end TV studios and two state-of-the-art audio recording studios. Every production is supported by a seamless production system and operated by full-time video and audio engineers.
World-Class TV Productions
The facility has four production studios that can accommodate intimate three-camera shoots and grandiose 12-camera live broadcasts. The studios feature world-class lighting and sound control.
Its TV Studio 1 provides easy access for up to 200 audience members with its dedicated street level entrance. It has a 3,800 square-foot production stage and a support space with complete dressing rooms and wardrobes. The TV-1 also boasts 12,000 square-feet of office production space. Tying it all together is a fully-featured control room that can take on even the toughest workflows.
TV Studio 2, on the other hand, is a much more intimate space that’s best for corporate events and talk shows. Networks like Comedy Central, ESPN, and PBS have all produced in TV-2. Its control room shares near-identical equipment with TV-1. It also has a dedicated audio control room.
The Hammerstein, known as TV Stage-1, has the allure of an old opera house and the performance of modern production technology. With its 12,000 square-foot space and 75-foot ceiling, it’s a perfect stage for live events. It’s also customizable with rigging points for lighting, sound and set designs.
When The Grand is transformed into TV Stage-2, it offers a 10,000 square-foot events place with 40-foot high vaulted ceilings. Its natural acoustics make it an ideal platform for musicians and composers alike.
State-Of-The-Art Audio Recording
Home to the songs of artists like Bon Jovi and Justin Timberlake, The Cabin offers an intimate recording experience combined with state-of-the-art production tools. The warm ambiance of the live room and self-contained studio make for a complete songwriting and recording experience.
The recently renovated Studio 7 is known for its great natural acoustics. It’s home to live concert, film score, and soundtrack producers out to make the next big hit.
Lead by Marvin Williams, the facility’s director of engineering & operations, the studios and stages provide high definition video and state-of-the-art audio production like no other.
