The selection of SLCM was made on the basis of a key factor that in order to add value, human resource policy should align with the business strategy. These included investing in employee health and following rigorous workplace practices to ensure employee welfare, for instance engaging in employee rejuvenation activities, which contribute to overall employee satisfaction and employee engagement. More than 5000 organizations applied for ‘Dream Companies to Work For’ to undertake the assessment this year, making it one of the largest studies in the space of Workplace Recognition.
