Chef PERE PLANAGUMÀ’s passion for food surfaced at a young age because of his family’s deep culinary traditions. During his college days he wrote, deliberated and helped snap a book on fusion cuisine very well. Pere then enrolled at the Culinary Institute of Madrid, Spain, where he apprenticed with some of the city’s most celebrated kitchens, including Restaurant Arzak, Le Mario, El Cellerde Can Roca, Malaga restaurant andhas been able to open his own Rom restaurant in Spain.

He is a lover of cooking and experimenting new dishes, and lean towards thoroughly controlled and well- cooked stuff, a course that enables one to extract flavours and textures. On the other side, he is fond of incredibly fast cooking also which keeps the integrity of ingredients and freshness intact.
