Direct Labor:

Permanent equipment contributed by the constructor:
Are all those teams that become a definitive part of the built work, since they are installed for that purpose (pumps, electrical panels, fire extinguishing equipment, boilers, elevators and/or escalators, etc.). Any equipment provided by the client is expressly excluded.
Subcontracts of labor:
They represent all the personnel hired by the contractor for the purpose of installing permanent building materials or equipment contributed by the construction company or by the client.
These personnel work with equipment and/or tools of the company or else provide their own tools and equipment, according to the contract.
Subcontracts at all costs:
They represent all portions of the work contracted by the builder for the purpose of installing permanent materials or equipment provided by subcontracted personnel who work with their own equipment and tools.
Indirects of operation:
They represent all those expenses of the company, required for its operation as a business unit, which is partially allocated to each project, apportioning their amount among the different works built by the company (manager, administrator, office rental, etc.). They are usually expressed as a fixed percentage of the sum of all previous costs.
The Catalog of Accounts, a requirement of the Cost Control System:
For the purposes of the correct operation of the construction cost calculator, you must have a Catalog of Accounts. This is no more than the subdivision of the work into cost centers, both for estimation purposes and for control purposes,
That is, it represents the list of project cost accounts and defines the level of detail that will be used to carry out the project.
List of accounts is defined in terms of a numerical or alphanumeric coding system of the individual concepts that are set for estimating and controlling costs.

Austin, TX – July 21, 2019 – Spending too much time in the dentist’s chair can be off-putting, particularly when you’re facing complex cosmetic dentistry. But at Walden Dental, an Austin, Texas, dentistry they are cutting downtime – because of their cutting edge approaches.
Their latest digital technological event is a Cerec device, which the Cedar Park facility recently demonstrated for ABC’s Austin affiliate, KVUE.
For the fitting of a crown, the procedure is now slashed to just 90 minutes compared to two weeks with a conventional or traditional approach.
“By completing multiple procedures in one visit, we are able to cut costs and pass those savings on to our patients,” Walden Dental’s Dr David Frank told KVUE,“as well as spare them the need for multiple visits.”
“We also don’t need to use a lab nor outsource products. We are also able to avoid triggering gagging reflexes,” Dr Frank explained.
After numbing the tooth, Dr Frank scans it and prepares the crown for milling, or the process of using the CAD/CAM, which takes about 15 minutes to complete.
It allows the dentist to restore decayed teeth, place crowns, remove defective amalgam fillings, or place cosmetic tooth veneers in just one appointment.
“This technology enables the patient to have the highest quality, most lifelike dental restorations in just one office visit,” commented Dr Frank,
Walden Dental, which also accepts more than 20 kinds of insurance, now uses 3D printing for making models of teeth, night-guards and surgical guides.

2. Take safety precautions: Look up and look down. Be on the alert for downed power lines and dangerous hanging branches that look like they’re ready to fall. Stay away from any downed utility lines, low-voltage telephone, or cable lines and even fence wires can become electrically charged when there are fallen or broken electrical lines nearby.
3. Don’t get under broken limbs that are hanging or caught in other branches overhead. And, unless you know how to use one, leave chainsaw work to the professionals.
4. Remove any broken branches still attached to the tree. Removing the jagged remains of smaller sized broken limbs is one common repair that property owners can make after a storm. If done correctly, it will minimize the risk of decay agents entering the wound.
5. Repair torn bark. To improve the tree’s appearance and eliminate hiding places for insects, carefully use a chisel or sharp knife to smooth the ragged edges of wounds where the bark has been torn away. Try not to expose any more of the greenish inner bark than is necessary, as these weak layers contain the tree’s food and water lifelines between roots and leaves.
6. Resist the urge to over prune. Don’t worry if the tree’s appearance isn’t perfect. With branches gone, your trees may look unbalanced or naked. You’ll be surprised at how fast they will heal, grow new foliage, and return to their natural beauty.
