Since 2003, Mr. Kovacs has been employed by such notable companies as Citigroup, Blackstone Capital Markets, Hinduja Group, Fitch Group, AudioEye, Emmersive Entertainment and Humanigen.
Mr. Kovacs holds a bachelor’s degree with a double major in Economics and Finance, and a minor in Accounting and Political Science from City University (“CUNY”) in New York. PRINCETON, N.J. – Feb. 20, 2024 – PRLog — Ten Mercer County, NJ citizens filed a lawsuit in Superior Court on February 14th which contains hundreds of evidentiary facts covering the 2022 and 2023 elections.
Most notably, in 2022, no machines functioned at all on election day. The cause was due to machine vendor Dominion Voting Systems failing to recode ballot ids after a ballot layout change by the County. Just as alarming, the County hid this from the public, and it only came to light when the public demanded a hearing with all the parties involved to explain.
On election day chaos at the polling places was followed by egregious mishandling and counting of ballots afterwards. All together, the result was the violation of the civil, statutory, and constitutional rights of individuals directly involved and indirectly all citizens of the county who were forced to accept an invalid election.

Some facts to highlight from it for the 2022 election:
The improper move to provisional ballots and recording errors concerning these ballots resulted in at least 759 voters having their votes rejected when they should have been accepted. These voters were disenfranchised.
Other voters do not know if their vote was counted as the electronic poll books do not show them as having checked in.
Entire bags of votes were misplaced, bags and machines containing ballots were not properly sealed, and at least 1,500 ballots were found left behind in tabulators six days after the election. Chain of custody was destroyed.
No tally sheets were created contrary to state statute.
The counting of votes was not continuous and public contrary to state statute.
There is a 4,849-vote discrepancy between the number of votes the County reported to the public and the number of Election Day votes the County reported to the State and this discrepancy has not been resolved.
A highlight of the orders demanded include:
better poll worker training
prevention of all identified machine and polling book failures from recurring in future elections
public reconciliation of ballots by type for the 2023, 2024, and 2025 primary and general elections

Shred’s love of the Rock music scene here in Hollywood led him through numerous bands playing around LA till he got hired to be a stand in and an extra background actor) for Steven Tyler on Wayne’s World 2 that then took hold of Shred’s creative performance side which at this time turned towards acting from 1992 even up to the present.
Through acting Shred discovered many jobs he was experienced at in this industry through natural survival to actual training from Stunts to Animal Training, Line Producing to Directing, from Art and Set Design to Lighting.
Then through an odd form of osmosis and powers of the universe Shred creates several companies to increase his financial base and help harness his chaotic creativity.
So Double Dog Dare Events (an event design/production company involved in the entertainment and corporate marketing)was launched followed by Pira For Hire (a live action interactive promotional company focusing on anything Pirate from live shows, commercial marketing, to Film and TV reenactments…) made of like minded pirate enthusiasts from the film industry for entertaining with live action shows around the world. And finally Shred’s love for animals and animal rescue/rehabilitation he created Tropical Exotic Animal Rentals (designed for taking on rescued exotic and domestic animals.Then after rehab if they cannot be released back to the wild or be placed with an appropriate animal sanctuary, he would keep and provide for them) that became an animal ambassador company fo educational programs, special event meet and greets, as well as training/conditioning certain acclimated animals for the film and TV industry that even lead him to becoming a Ringmaster for the famous LA Circus and The Vamphear Circus. After many journeys, John has made his way as a counselor, producer, professor, and motivational speaker. John has recently produced the feature film, Left Behind, with Kevin Sorbo. John was an adjunct professor at two universities including the Art Center in Pasadena. John has also worked in the personal development industry with Tony Robbins as his mentor.He produced a weekly live show on Facebook for two years covering transformational material. On February 20th, 2022 John introduced his new podcast, “Live Courageously”, He has produced 66 podcast shows to date.
