ABOUT INAD WARRIORS, INC.

INAD Warriors, Inc. is a nonprofit inspired by Warner Kays’ courageous journey.  The INAD Warriors, Inc. mission is to raise awareness in the global community about infantile neuroaxonal dystrophy (INAD) and the related PLA2G6 gene disorders.  Through grassroots fundraising we are empowering the research community to find the first approved treatments to slow progression and potentially one day cure this ultra rare disease.

ABOUT INAD

Infantile Neuroaxonal Dystrophy (INAD) is an ultra-rare (<200 worldwide) inherited neurodegenerative disorder. It destroys axons, the part of the neuron (nerve cell) that carries messages from the brain to other parts of the body through build up of fatty substances (lipids) on the nerves. In the beginning a child with INAD will appear to be developing normally.  But around the ages of 6 months to 3 years developmental milestones will begin to slow down and regress. Some of the first signs and symptoms may be changes in a child's vision, loss of motor skills, and developmental regression..

ABOUT NBIA DISORDERS ASSOCIATION

Established in 1996, the NBIA Disorders Association provides vital support to NBIA families, educates the public, and collaborates with researchers worldwide. As leaders in family support, they maintain an informative website and host biennial International Family Conferences, fostering connections and promoting knowledge-sharing within the community. To date, NBIA Disorders Association has contributed nearly $3 million in research grants worldwide, dedicated to finding treatments and cures for all NBIA disorders.

NEXBot Unleashes Innovative Editor and Marketplace of User-Created GPT-4 Applications

NEXBot announces NEXBot.io, their groundbreaking generative AI platform that brings custom conversational AI application development to the masses.

NEXBot.io

NEXBot.io

PHILADELPHIANov. 9, 2023PRLog — Today, Philly-based tech startup NEXBot announces the launch of NEXBot.io, a cutting-edge platform empowering users to build and deploy custom chatbots powered by OpenAI’s GPT-4. Users can use their bots through the platform Chat User InterfaceI, or integrate them outside the platform, with email chat available from day one. NEXBot is free to use, without requiring subscriptions, payment information, or even user accounts.

Innovative Monetization: Empowering Creators and Users Alike

Every newcomer to NEXBot.io is granted 500 message credits, with each bot engagement subtracting a single credit. While the option to buy more credits is available, NEXBot.io introduces a pioneering feature where bots published by users produce credits for their creators. It’s up to the creators to establish a messaging fee for their bots, and each response their bot gives sends restores that amount of credits to the bot’s owner.

For businesses, NEXBot.io introduces “Storefront” accounts, which are linked to QR codes, facilitating instant bot interaction for customers without the prerequisite of account creation. A transformative step for customer service and business engagement. This innovation provides small business owners with a powerful pay-as-you-go digital commerce tool, free from subscriptions, upfront costs, or consulting fees.

NEXBot’s vision for the future

Orlando Calvo, NEXBot’s founder and CEO, first envisioned the platform in May 2023, inspired by the potential of conversational AI in education and beyond. “As a child I remember having conversations about Einstein’s theory of relativity with a cousin I only saw once every few years. I loved these conversations but I could almost never have them. NEXBot solves that problem.” All users have access to Albert (bots.nexbot.io/albert).

“Whenever I hear about a new JWST or LIGO discovery and become curious about some aspect of it, I find myself having long conversations with Albert. I set him up to talk physics at any level of sophistication, but also to know about every aspect of Einstein’s life. The result is a charming bot with a surprisingly human touch.”

While NEXBot focuses on providing non-technical users tools to build sophisticated bots, what truly excites Orlando is the potential for story-telling. NEXBot.io is designed to give creators the tools to create conversational experiences. A savvy creator can build a chatbot that leads the user in partially scripted conversations, taking twists and turns like a good movie or novel. “Ultimately we are trying to democratize large language model APIs through no-code interfaces, and we can’t wait to see what our users build with them.”

NEXBot is a generative AI startup that aims to provide non-developers with the tools to unleash their creativity as they create bespoke conversational applications. NEXBot was founded in 2023 by Orlando Calvo, they are based in Philadelphia, PA.

Orlando can be reached at orlando@nexbot.io and his bot is available to chat with you 24/7 at bots.nexbot.io/botlando. Visit nexbot.io

Non-profit Organization United We Art Launches in Palm Coast

PALM COAST, Fla.Nov. 8, 2023PRLog — A new non-profit organization, United We Art, has launched in Palm Coast with a purpose; bring together the City of Palm Coast, the arts community, and residents by establishing an arts district in Town Center.

Town Center, a mixed-use cityscape of businesses, entertainment, housing, and entertainment is the ideal place to host performances, displays, creative expressions, and more.

The groundwork for this movement was set by the Palm Coast Arts Foundation (PCAF). “Our mission echoes the sentiments of unity and creativity. We aim to foster economic vitality and offer unparalleled cultural experiences through a harmonious blend of art, education, and commerce,” remarks Lisa Love, President and CEO of United We Art. This initiative resonates with the City of Palm Coast’s 2022 Strategic Plan, which emphasizes a resilient local economy.

“Though we’re passionate about elevating Palm Coast’s art scene, our role is one of planning and vision. The actual event coordination will be overseen by the city,” says Ms. Love. The city envisions a diverse palette of visual and performing arts events.

As Palm Coast flourishes, Ms. Love believes the artistic blueprint must evolve accordingly. “Our growth should be complemented by a rich tapestry of art that caters to all sections of the community,” she adds.

Ms. Love’s expertise spans over three decades in the insurance sector, where she championed transformational strategies, operations management, and efficient processes. Her seasoned perspective promises to guide United We Art through Palm Coast and Flagler County’s artistic evolution.

PCAF, over the past two decades, has been a beacon of artistic endeavors. From hosting the Jacksonville Symphony, curating the Palm Coast Arts Festival, to pioneering Shakespeare in the Park and Violectric, its legacy is well-established.

Some notable milestones from PCAF include the Creative Bazaar Arts & Crafts market, 17 Turtle dedications, and a plethora of family-centric musical events.

In collaboration with the city and The Arts District Advisory Group, United We Art has charted a phased strategic blueprint. Initially, the focus will be on amplifying the existing PCAF infrastructure, transitioning it into a city venue, complete with a permanent roofing solution and an expansive parking area.
